Governing Body
The Governing Body meets once each half-term, and the three committees (Resources, Safeguarding and Teaching and Learning) meet at least once a term. The Governors have legal duties, powers and responsibilities for the efficient running and upkeep of the school, and for holding the headteacher to account and monitoring standards. Some responsibilities are delegated to individual committees. Associate Governors do not have voting rights on any committees on which they serve.
Governors usually serve for a four-year period. The Chair and Vice-Chair are elected each year.
